Australia is well known across the world for its unique and interesting wildlife. The vast variety of wildlife is found everywhere not just in the beautiful National Parks and  World Heritage areas they can also be found in peoples back yards.

It is a wonderful to see a new visitors amazement when they see a road sign with a Kangaroo or Koala, so imagine the excitement when they actually see one in the flesh.

Our unique animals are one of the many reasons people visit our country. Australia has more than 378 mammal species, 828 bird species, 4000 fish species, 300 species of lizards, 140 snake species, two crocodile species and around 50 types of marine mammal.
